Piranha fishing, tour through the Anavilhanas Islands, cayma spotting, jungle trekking, swimming with the Pink Dolphins, visit to na Indian village, canoeing, 2 nights camping out in the forest.
Day one: At 8:30am you are picked up at your hotel and taken to the lodge. It’s an hour boat drive on the Negro river. During the trip, you pass over the bridge stretches over the Negro river and is taken to the Açutuba beach. From there the journey continues, by speed boat for about 25 minutes then you get to the lodge. Arriving there, you served a welcome drink, taken to your room and have a free time before lunch. Lunch is served from 12pm to 1pm then there is some time to rest.
At 2:30pm, the activities begin. You leave by motorized canoe for piranha fishing and for a little trip through the Anavilhanas Islands and at 6:30pm after watching the sunset from the middle of the river, you are return to the lodge at 7pm to have dinner.
After dinner, you leave by canoe for cayman spotting. The guide catches a cayman and gives you all information about it.
Day Two: At 5:30am a canoe trip is taken to see the nature in the morning. This includes watching the sunrise and bird watching. At 7am breakfast is served and then from 8am to 11:30am a jungle trekking is done. During the walk the guide explains about the forest and medicinal plants. There is a possibility to see spiders such as tarantulas and other animals. The trekking ends at a waterfall where it is possible to swim. From there you return to the lodge by Boat. Lunch is served at 12pm and after lunch you can rest. In the afternoon, you leave to visit an indian village where you have opportunity to see a ritual. You can take pictures or film on your camcorder. From there you are taken across the Negro to swim with the Dolphin and then you return to the lodge getting there at about 5:30pm.
Day Three: After breakfast you leave by canoe to row through the creeks and small channels from 8am to 11:30am. In the afternoon at 3pm you leave the lodge to spend two nights camping in the forest, sleeping in hammocks with mosquito nets.
Days Four and five: While in the forest, you learn about survival techniques and how to find food in the forest. You also learn about the nocturnal life in the forest. You also cook your own food and a lot of trekking is done, great chances to see animals. You also have a chance to do a short night trekking, so it is very necessary to have long pants and trekking boots. On the last day you return to the lodge arriving there at about 11am, just in time to have lunch and relax. At 12pm the lunch is served and at 2pm you leave for Manaus getting there at about 4:30pm.
